UNA Sweden called upon Stratsys in order to support, visualize and facilitate effective management and monitoring.
UNA Sweden used to conduct follow-up work via an IT tool that lacked clarity and required a lot of effort and coordination in order to compile results. By switching to Stratsys, UNA Sweden can now quickly see to what extent goals have been achieved in terms of both planning and reporting.
“We used to have an application for the FileMaker project management system that we developed ourselves, but we realized that it had some shortcomings and we wanted to upgrade to something a bit better. We saw a lot of benefits from using Stratsys. For one, the peace of mind that comes with more than one person sharing the same tool,” says Jens Petterson, Deputy Secretary-General at UNA Sweden.
The aim of using Stratsys is to help the association manage and monitor its operations and projects, as well as quality assure its goal structure, which in turn paves the way for developing the organisation and improving its efficiency.
“We see potential in being able to use Stratsys for far more than we originally thought. Our focus right now, however, is to manage this year’s operation in the new tool. From what we have seen so far, our employees view the switch to Stratsys as a major boost compared with before.”
