The initiative began in the fall of 2024, when Best decided to implement system support to meet the increased demands of CSRD. Previously, the company had worked with climate calculations and annual reports, but largely with the help of external consultants. Now a new way of working is in place - with a clear focus on ownership, continuous follow-up and strategic connection to the business.
One of the goals of the initiative was to reduce dependence on external resources and take responsibility for everything from data collection to analysis. With the support of Stratsys, Best has moved from annual reporting to a more continuous, data-driven approach. This has created new opportunities for follow-up, insight and control.
