Arom-dekor Kemi AB is a leading total supplier of automotive chemicals to the Nordic transportation sector, including the nitrogen oxide-reducing AdBlue. In manufacturing, handling and production, the work environment and environmental impact are always in focus .
Before Stratsys came into the picture, Arom-dekor managed its target management in Powerpoint. It was not a "living way of working" as Maria describes it, the goals were not broken down deeply enough in the organization and the sustainability work was more comprehensive.

- In the short term, we hope that the tool will create commitment and understanding of what is required to achieve the goals. It should be fun to work with strategy work! In the long term, we want to create a sustainable strategy that we re-evaluate and work with continuously. By introducing systematics and KPIs into the goal work, we take the next step and make ourselves agile in the market.
The ability to link targets and KPIs to sustainability frameworks
- Sustainability frameworks are an important part of linking our work to a wider perspective. As we prepare our 2022 sustainability report, we will benefit greatly from linking our KPIs to the 2030 Agenda. This will also help us in our work towards a GRI report for 2023 and in measuring our climate impact under the GHG Protocol.
